Hey guys,
I dont think this has ever been asked here (if it has SORRY), But do we have any canyon/mountainous roads in southern Ontario or anywhere in Ontario ? I really want to explore Ontario this coming summer, and want to know some good places to really drive the car, hopefully through some twistys . What are some really good driving areas around here that come offer some nice scenery, good driving atmosphere and is devoid of certain predators (ie. blue boys)??? Not looking to go wayyy up North, but something feasible to drive to on an occasional weekend from the GTA???

Not really in Son area.

Up North where the escarpments start getting cool and dug out there is a tonne of twistys that are really smooth and fun to drive. Whenever I'm up there I always see guys with Porchses and what not. Gotta be careful as to when you go, the cops are vicious in the summer with cottage goers.

I think theres a road in huntsville someone posted for a potention cruise couple years back... might want to search those threads.

 

Yes there is, but not quite as far as Huntsville though.
