Spotted in NOLA
We just got back from a mini-vacation in New Orleans (NOLA)
I just HAD to post up this hot pink doggy door G that we spotted
It was some sort of chameleon hot pink rolling on DDs. .....HAWT!!

We were down there for a GTG with some of the gang that we met when we went to the BMW Z4 homecoming in '08.
One of the guys lives near NOLA and hosted the event.
One of the highlights was a crawfish boil in his back yard.
Here's how they cook them.

Here's how they are served & eaten
These things are amazing with a good bit of Louisiana spicy heat

A typical Southern plantation, that we toured

The mighty Mississippi, which was about 14' above normal summer levels (spring run off)

Bourbon street, just after they closed it to traffic for the evening.

Since someone (not mentioning names) forgot to pack the camera, these few iphone pics are all I have.
New Orleans is one crazy city & should definitely be on your bucket list.
We stayed just outside of the French quarter & had 2 clubs right across the street.
Things start early evening but don't REALLY get going until 11ish, and don't shut down until 5a.m.
NOLA isn't just jazz either, there is a great diversity of jazz, blues, Zydeco, Cajun, Southern funk, etc......
Oh yeah.... food & drink wasn't bad either, loved the takeout bars all over the quarter
