Pull the Trigger? - Used Car Content
Riddle me this...
I came across a used G35 with the following in the description:
"This G35 is a rebuild (1 accident history) from 2006. Car was rebuilt and mechnically checked, verified and certified both under the national inspection and provintial car inspection requirement. Accident details are available, but the only mechanical item that was replaced was a lower control arm, the rest was cosmetic damage."
There are cosmetic tings, but my girlfriend's uncle does body work and can work these issues out for me for a great price.
Check it out or stop immediately? Thoughts?

IMO, never touch a salvage. No matter what they say a lower control am wasn't the only thing damaged.
And if you really want to think about it, how does a lower control arm get damaged and not damage everything else bolted to it? hmmmm
Pass on this one.
