Angry Just over a month owning the G and to the paint shop She goes

My Saturday morning ritual (weather permitting) is usually pull the G out of the garage give her a nice wash in and out and she's ready for the weekend.

Since it was hot and sunny I brought the car into the Garage to dry but left it hanging out a bit to give me drying room, I got it all cleaned and vacuumed went inside for an hour to clean some stuff up in the basement then the Wife comes down.........."your not gonna be happy, your Daughter just closed the garage and the door scraped the rear bumper" so I lose it, go outside to see 4 nice deep gouges in my rear bumper from the garage screws
SOMEONE DOES NOT WANT ME TO HAVE A NICE CAR, WILL THE MARAFFINO CURSE EVER COME TO AN END?!

Arghhh, that's awful. I have to watch my kids, too, to prevent dings from bike levers and such. Sorry to hear, Roy.

It happened to my wives car,so now I never leave the a$$ end hang out I also have it drilled into the kids heads not to touch the button without asking. They used to just close it at random sucks to hear stuff like that is so frustrating.

I did the same thing with my '04 except it just grazed it.
I was able to touch it up & buff it out.

Sorry to read that. I've done it myself but managed to polish it out too.

It made me a bit more careful about randomly closing the door and parking more carefully.

Yes I do but they are positioned low so the bumper overhangs and the sensors cross underneath. Funny you mentioned that because yesterday I moved the sensors up so now if the bumper sticks out a bit the garage won't close.

MORE BAD NEWS, Tennants moving out June 1st, we came to an agreement were they move out on the 1st and they have to cover June's rent with there last months rent + they pay for repairs to some major stuff. What sucks is they didn't take care of the place at all so it needs new kitchen, new washroom, new paint all over, 2 new outside doors, door trimming, new floors all over the house, landscaping and outside window caps because the wood looks like crap and outside needs to be painted......needless to say from an unemployed guys perspective I'M FVCKED!

Holy 5h17 dude when it rains it pours. Being a landlord of sorts it makes me appreciate having good tenants!

Sorry to hear about both calamities. Hope that you wiggle through.

Sorry to hear about your car especially since you just got it.

And as for your tenants holy hell! What the heck did they do in that house for you to have to change all that? UGH! I mean I get that it's not their house but people still take care of it like it's your own. Sorry dude for all this.

I hope things get better for you soon!

In some fairness to them the house is old so its inevitable that after 6 years I would have to do some renos the problem was they never cleaned the house + there was always people coming in and out of that house, they had 3 kids plus an big extended Family. If you don't dust, vacume and wash walls after 6 years things are going to look like $hit and thats what is basically going on there. I wish the guy would have called me when things broke or got worn out but he didn't.

That does suck. I had linkage fail in our garage door opener and the heavy wooden door fell on top of my wife's X5 in April. Bent the roof racks. Luckily no paint scratches or dings.
