Satellite Radio

I have a 2004 Infiniti G35X Sedan and I would like to activate the Satellite on the existing OEM Bose stereo. Can I do this without removing the radio? Where does the antenna connect. Where does the receiver go? I am not interested in the receivers that you plug into the lighter and are mounted on the dash or window. I would like to utilize the existing system. Can anyone help me.

Thanks in advance

Well either go to the dealer or a stereo shop. I know some vendors on here sell kits as well. Check out Grubbs website. .
