Everytime i start up there is a clicking sound for about 3 seconds ( cold start) was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is. Heard its from metal chips in oil pan also plug 6 filled with oil.

could be many things...could be worn cams or low oil...etc.
or it could just be as simple as a dry start.

also you need new valve covers and gaskets for the oil in cyl#6.

do some searches
on these and you'll find what you are looking for.

Try a thicker, quality oil. Could be a fast draining lifter or somebody putting 0-20 oil or some crap like that in the car. The timing chain tensioner in my frontier made an awful clat on cold start, but much more than a "click".

Try having your title have something to do with your question to get more views.

Good luck.
