A Shout Out for Guelph Infiniti

In the 4 years I've been a customer of Guelph Infiniti they have provided the most amazing service.
The sales and service team there are second to none. To put it quite simple, if they can help you they will and always to the best of their ability to make you, the customer, happy.
If they can't help you it won't be because they didn't even try and they won't B.S. you with stupid excuses.

On my 07 G35X they did the following, N/C:
1. Front brake TSB for judder ('warping') at 18 months. When the judder returned within a year they completely replaced the rotors and pads...3.5 years into my ownership.
2. They replace the entire steering column because it would move a little bit after it mechanically set into place.
3. Replace the chrome front grille. Some people have luck with this at their Infiniti dealership, most do not.
4. One week before I decided to get the G37S 6MT Sedan they approved the replacement of the door switch bezels, the ones where the paint peels off to easy.

These are all things that a company like Infiniti should do for it's customers but as many of us are all too aware, many of them just don't 'get it'.

Now they are having CARSTAR repaint my new car (it was keyed at 4 days old) free of charge.

Thank you Guelph Infiniti, for making things right!
RPM

They're spraying the fender eh! that's insane was not expecting that at all.

I wasn't aware they worked with carstar though, their rust warranty contract is with Golden Triangle.

Good eye Blain. Raj mentioned Golden Triangle too but I just couldn't remember the name. It will be one or the other.

They really are an awesome dealership.

I brought my car to them in the spring to have the rust on my driver side door looked into. They took pictures to send to HQ and once it was approved, ordered the door and setup a time for me to bring my car in. They replaced the door and repainted the entire side of my car to make it match. I didn't pay anything. They even gave me a 2011 G37 for 3 days, free of charge, while the work was being done. Awesome service and great people.

The day I need a new car, I know where I'm going.

Paul I did have a problem with them this winter. I had a starting problem, I took the FX there and they said it all checked out okay. Well it happened again and I figured out the problem where they couldn't and I never had a problem since. It was to do with the FX Courtesy lighting ( when you approach the car the interior light will come on and some exterior lighting located on the underside of the side mirrors will come on to light up the side of the drivers and front passengers door) I did a bunch of reading and this feature has a factory setting that it will not work if the car has not been started in two weeks, this is to prevent battery drain. Well I discovered it would stay on for at least 4 weeks and this would drain my battery. I went into the system and stopped this feature myself and I have never had a problem since.
I was a bit disappointed that they could not resolve the problem.

Too bad they couldn't solve that and you had to figure it out yourself.
Did you let them know? It might help the next guy.

No I didn't, but I planned on it when I go in for service in the next couple of weeks. I usually deal with Mike.
