It happened to me on another car I had. I had been pulled over several times and give the option I always said I will take the ticket and that would **** them right off. Then they changed it so it reads you cannot operate your vehicle with tinted windows. It sucks sitting on the side of the hiway pulling your tint off.

 

I hear the RCMP are less tolerant when it comes to tint and will make you remove it on the spot. City of Calgary cop's often just give tickets.
