G35 vs Sunfire

Driving home from work Friday eve in the center lane of 3 doing 120kph. Left lane has a Yukon passing me and i'm passing a minivan to my right. KAFUGGINWHAMMO! Dikhole in a sunfire slams into my right side. Just saw him at the last second; my best guess is he thought he could get between the minivan and me.

We slow and merge right to the shoulder with him behind me. You guessed it, he bolts! I'm just about stopped and not wanting to pull out in front of the hundreds of commuters in rush hour, so i'm wicked far behind by the time i get up to speed. I catch up eventually and he must have spotted me and really bolts now. He hits the shoulder with 2 wheels on the dirt and 2 on the asphalt and i see a sea of red. Brake lihts as far as the eye can see.

Getting his plate was good enough for me at that point. Probabaly for the best. I might have killed him. As far as I know, at this point he hasnt been picked up.

Everything on the right side between the head ad tail light is damaged.

Exactly my thoughts. I actually prefer him taking off. Along with a witness calling in too, i'm pretty sure taking off is an admission of guilt. Assuming he wasnt an illegal alien or had a warrant, he could easily take a chance with "we changed lanes at the same time" or some junk like that. Retard...

That benefits that you got his plate number and he too off because there is no dispute on whos fault it was, in this case his. The guy probably had a suspended licence or no insurance, at the end of the day its not going to hit your pocket.

Don't matter to me, and i'm thinking the owner would be lucky to have his sunfire stolen. Unless he/she wasnt insured i guess...

What I mean is if it was stolen you'll end up having to pay the deductable in order for your insurance to make the repairs.
The thief will end up just ditching the ride.
