So, me and a couple friends are driving the G up to Winnipeg from Fargo on October 28-30. We are just curious what the top things to do are??? And are there any G peeps in Winnipeg???

Any special reason for going to the Peg or just for schits & giggles?

 

I lived there many years ago Janik, but am not really up to speed on the city now. We used to do the opposite..go to Fargo or even to Minneapolis for some fun.

Check out The Forks..maybe take a cruise on the Riverboat Queen. Cruise Portage Ave on fri or sat night in the car to see some of the nice rides out there. Assiniboine Park & Kildonan park are nice spots to tour. The Jets aren't playing at home but maybe take in a Blue Bombers game.

Hopefully someone from the peg will chime in here.

 

Were just going for ***** and giggles lol. My two friends have never been to Canada so we figure it would be kinda neat to go up there.

It's only for a weekend, but we are fairly excited lol.

 

i moved away a few years ago but i think these are good ideas... the forks is a cool place to check out for sure.

 

hit up the rooftop on the downtown tavern fri...whiskey dix on sat...cruise night sun, hit up the parking lot down on route 90 south where all the shops are you'll see some rides there if the weather cooperates
