Hello, i'm trying to get tires for my 2004 g35 coupe with brembos. Planning to use my stock 18's as i'm getting new wheels this spring. I got a quote for hakka r's from kal tire today for $1400 for all 4 tires.
Are there any other tires anyone could recommend for alberta's winters? I know i could try blizzaks too but i'm worried about the tire wear on dryer conditions. I've searched around and many people say different brands, i just want some input specific to the conditions in Alberta. Thanks

 

have you tried having the tires shipped from Tirerack, you should be able to get a great price there

 

Yeah, i looked into tirerack and 1010tire.com but both places don't have nokians of my size so i'm trying to figure if anyone would recommend any other brand so i don't have to buy from kaltire.

 

On my G35 Coupe I like the Dunlop SP Winter Sport M3 Performance Winter / Snow tires, They turn the g35 into a snow machine and I have never ever been stuck in the snow with them even on trips out of the city to Lake Louise or Sunshine Village with no problems in the snowiest days of winter. They will last a long time also, just get them off the vehicle quickly when warmer weather arrives in the spring.
