Soooo i was parked in a parking lot today and this lady trys to come in the spot on my passenger side and she rams my bumper ...now my bumper misaligned at the passenger side marker i think she broke the clip there...now my question is what should i do? And if i do make a claim would it affect my rates? Im wit belair direct if that helps...any advise is good right now thanks

i know im only asking cause there was a dude there that i didnt know talkin in my ear saying how i shouldnt make a claim cause its gon hurt my rates also...he was saying usually parking lot accident are 50/50 i never been in a situation like this before so i dont want to jump the gun and make a claim and my rates get hit
