Okay I have a set of Iridium 3 way running in the front, comes with cross over. Some one at an audio shop said that I need 6 channel amp just to power the front. Can someone confirm?

Are you planning on the install your self? According to DLS, you can not bi-amp this set up. A six channel amp doesn't make sense to me. Maybe someone else can chime in...
