Hmmm...seems like more people want it at D&B now. I'm confused with all this. Give me till Monday and I'll finalize things so that more people can reply as well. Thanks you guys!! From what it sounds, this 2nd meet may be bigger than the 1st. T.O. G35's represent!!!! =)

Re: Toronto G35 Meet #2

Hey Rumble, Sure glad our meet isn't today: Here in Cambridge it's snowed all night - 2-3"- and driving is awful. Sure happy I've got my 'snows' on. How bad there? You usually get off a little better than we do. Anyway, the long range forecast is at least warmer for next Sunday which probably means no snow but rain ? who knows -- we'll know more as the week progresses. I'm really hoping for sunshine and on a positive note : I'm usually quite lucky with weather for my plans. I say usually! Talk soon

Hey paintballbitch, How's the G-coupe in the snow? Tires on yours are much bigger than on my sedan (snows are 215-60's)
Let's hope this sh*t doesn't last. I hate this crap. See you at the meet on 24th weather permitting. lol

Re: Toronto G35 Meet #2

Looks like it's gonna rain all week till Sunday the 24th, with temperature over 0 degree. Hopefully it's gonna melt all the snow on the ground now.

Have you guys decided on a time for the meeting? Instead of an afternoon thingy, how about doing the lunch together? Say meeting starts around 11:30am, then go inside for the lunch around noon. What do you guys think?

Re: Toronto G35 Meet #2

Is it a good idea to have at least one new Z joining us for this Sunday's meet? Do you guys know anyone who owns the new Z in GTA?

Re: Toronto G35 Meet #2

The meet will happen only if the weather is good. In terms of location, I looked at most of the posts and see that most people prefer Dave & Busters @ Hwy 400 and Hwy 7. We can confirm the meet if we have a Plan B, but a lunch meet sounds good to me. What restaurants are located there? I'm thinking something along the lines of a Jack Astors or something.

When I had my J-Body (Cavalier & Sunfire) meets, we made a Jack Astors a regular monthly dinner meeting place and actually got discounts there because of the regular visits.

Lemme know...if you can...leave a simple message of which location you prefer once again. Either D&B (Hwy. 400 & 7) or SquareOne Playdium (Mississauga). Thanks all

I prefer Mississauga, but I'm not sure if I can make it... winter tires may not make it here by Friday

Re: Toronto G35 Meet #2

I prefer D & B, but like TripleQ, I can't commit 100% though I'd love to meet some new G owners that I haven't seen in the first meet, plus the new Coupe and hopefully the new Z.

What does "good" weather mean these days? Is "light rain", 4-5 degree weather considered to be good?

Re: Toronto Meet

D&B or Playdium is fine with me as long as weather allows me to drive my coupe out....
