Man, I don't know whether I can trust this dealership and its service dept. It does not seem so advanced and up to par w/ todays modern, innovative and technologically advanced service depts. you see with other car dealers. Could someone suggest the GTA's "best" and satisfied Infiniti service dealership?

 

I've been to Alta's and Doner's service dept, none of them is modern, innovative, and technologically advance. Willowdale is the best one I saw [img]/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/img]

But I think the most important part of the service dept. is the technician. No matter how bad looking is the dealership, the service is most important. Don't you think so?

I'd have to agree with Saridi. It's the technicians and service associates that really make the difference. In which case I'd say AVOID WILLOWDALE @ ALL COSTS. Do yourself a favour and go to another dealership b4 Willowdale screws you.

Having my 1996 I30 service in Agincourt, not bad. But haven't compare part prices, any different? Pls let me know... thinking of going back for service on my coupe. Suggestions?
