I bought my car at Agincout a couple of years ago. The sales dep't was good but I think that the service department could be improved .

I've never had any serious work done there. Just oil changes( I purchased a lifetime synthetic oil change package) and my brakes replaced( under warranty).
They screwed up once last year buy putting in the wrong oil but it was fixed immediately when I realised that regular oil was used.

BTW... the dipstick is a PAIN IN THE AZZ!!! What a stupid design. What where the engineers thinking???

Cheers!!!

Quote: Hey Meridian,

I bought my G35 Coupe from Agincourt in November 04. I sort of indirectly know the owner (Bob Stephen)... and I have a very close friend of mine who is a veteran technician at the dealership. He's been there for like 6 years or something like that. Anyhow, I know for a fact my car and I will both be treated with the highest levels of service. If you like I can put you in touch with him. He is a great guy and when bringing the G to Agincourt you can specifically ask for him every time you go! No body else touches my car their!!!

Heck if you like we could meet up and I would personally introduce you to him. I live in Ajax.

Thanks Badg35, I really appreciate the offer. It is nice to know that a great car as the G35 have equally great owners. It must be comforting having a close friend working on your car. I likely will return to my regular mechanic (Gilmans at Ellesmere) for maintenance work. They are pretty good. Actually, when the weather warms up, I will make an attempt at my first DIY oil change.

That's cool! Regular maintenance you can take it anywhere I guess... although I would prefer someone who knows how to work on these cars. But in the event you need warranty work Mike would be the guy I recommend.

Send me an email to chris@cudaworld.com if you want to hook up. Either way, we usually get together at the Tim Horton's at the Kennedy Commons plaza on Kennedy & Progress in Scarborough when the weather is nicer.

Perhaps we will see you around one day.
