2008 g37 hood latch lock passenger side

2008 g37 hood latch lock passenger side
hi guys,
i need some advice, The hood latch lock on my G37 coupe passenger side wont close. The drivers side seems to be fine but on the passenger side there is a little give doesn't seem to close flush with the fender. i had bought an new latch lock but that didint seem to solve the issue. any ideas ?
