[Anyone up for a TO meet April 2nd?----***Updated: GTA MEET April24***

 

I'm game. Where do you have in mind?

 

I'm coming from the west end so something off the 407 works for me.

 

Might be a go for my wife and I depending on location and time if we are free that day. We are 3 hours NW of TO. So definitely the west side would be better.

Sounds good guys. and the West end somewhere would be best for me too.
Square One is good for early spring....it's not far for you GTA and area guys and gals, and not too far out of the way for us 'westerners'.

A big plus to S/O is 'The Barber's Chair' where we can all restock our depleted Zaino supplies for the coming summer.

Wayne, maybe we can hook up for breky/brunch that day to break up the long drive for you.
Just a thought if it works out you can make it.

I'll likely be away at that time, but not confirmed yet.

 

Hey Colin , SO would be great, you know who will get to shop while I mingle. A hookup for eats prior to the meet sounds good. It would be nice to get a good size group for an early season meet.

I'm up for Square One meet in Mississauga. We should meet at the big parking lot furthest away but in front of Walmart and across Playdium.

So is this gonna be on SATURDAY April 2nd or SUNDAY April 3rd?? If anything, we should try to set it for 1-2pm start time. What do you all think?

 

2pm would be ok (I am not a morning person...)

Though I remember that parking section last year was reeeeally dirty cuz that was where they dump the snow... if anyone lives close to Square One, maybe they can check it out first?

Also last year, we had some random crappo car parked in the middle of our meet. dunno how it got there but pretty much stuck out like a sore thumb in all the group pics

I look forward to meeting some new faces!

 

I'm in...depending on date I got a wedding on the 2nd

 

I'm thinking maybe Sunday April 3rd. would be better for everyone since some may need Saturday for shopping, chores, weddings (hi Burntrenolds- ) etc. Might not be quite so busy there too on Sunday, and certainly traffic should be easier on Sunday.
Let's chime in for a day and set it.

Ian, how about Sunday the 3rd? or are you away all weekend? We got to see your new toys man......

Fluffydot, get to bed before 3am and you should be up in time for 1pm. If we meet too late, we'll run into peeps coming back home after the weekend and major traffic. Give me your # and I'll phone you to make sure you're up.

Too bad Derek isn't here this time. It will be different without him, but then we'll finally have Wes back in the fold for a change.

Maybe we could do a meal there instead of breky/brunch. I don't mind. There are a ton of restaurants right there...someone must know the good ones. I'm easy, whatever.
