I scraped one of my stock 19" wheels...
I suppose wheels are wheels and it's inevitable that damages will occur. But I didn't expect it to be on the 36th day of picking up the car, just over 5 wks new!
Anyway, as I was parallel parking, I scraped approx. 35-40% of the wheel with the curb. It's not major, but you can see and feel the metal being scraped. I suppose the rim protector on the tire did help a little, but not enough.
What do I do now? How much is it to fixed? (is it fixable?) Where do I get it fixed? (in the GTA) How much should I expect to pay? Please provide details. Is it worth fixing or will I still "see" where it was scraped?
What about getting a replacement? How much would one wheel cost? Jerry?
Please respond...

Sorry to hear about the wheel damage.
I'm sure it hurt you as much as the rim!
FWIW

The scratch is now hardly noticeable unless you look really closely. This will have to do until this winter when snowtire rims will be slapped on.
A friend of mine also referred me to this place. Check it out at www.wheelfix.com

That hurts Mattau
. Besides the places Ian mentioned, I read that Jerry at Yorkville Infiniti has someone that they use that gives one day service for wheel refinishing.
Jerry's # is 416-975-2623.
