Hey Guys just got home, 399kms round trip to Square one. It was a great drive down and back. My wife and I enjoyed a nice lunch with inTgr8r and his wife at Jack Astors, then we went to the meet and our ladies went shopping.
I was very surprised the sedans outnumbered the coupes. Every car there was a beauty (of course that's why we own Gs). Couple of cars with custom rims: InTgr8r with his slick 18" PIAAs and of course Chico's sedan was wearing those big purty Axis 20"ers, and both of these cars sporting a nice drop. The peeps were impressed with the nice sound coming from InTgr8rs custom exhaust on his 04 sedan.
It was nice that 12 cars made it out for this meet, considering the weather forecast. These people were not afraid to get their cars wet, heck Balzz was hoping some of that excess brake dust that accumulated at the track would get washed off in the rain and hail. We still had lots of time to gab and check out the rides in between the rains. It was nice seeing some of the mods you guys have done.
I took a few pics which I will post later (after I have a couple of brewskys and supper)
My shelf in my workshop is starting to look like the Zaino Warehouse, I picked up some more supplies today at the Barber's Chair ( it better start to warm up so I can start using this stuff).
I am really glad we met up today, it was worth the trip, all you guys are great, hoping for more meets and in better weather .

Yea that's for sure, I mentioned the name Balzz to my son, and he had told me he knew of a cool guy with the same handle whose name was Shane that was into Acuras a couple of years ago. Thats why he told to mention it to you .

 

Wow, pretty good turn out. As the morning passed by, I realized that I had a meeting with some friends and after that meeting, the weather held up and I had a softball practice. I knew the weather was not going to be as nice in Mississauga than here in Markham and Scarborough so I decided not to make the drive. I'm sorry I missed you all, but glad you had fun!

This is only the 2nd time the G35 sedans out numbered the coupes. The very first time was when the coupe JUST came out. Nice to see all these new sedans out to represent.

I'm sorry that I was not able to make it. I had some last minute things that came up this morning and I did not get back home till about 45 mins ago.

I really wanted to meet everyone and put a face to all the screen names! Hopefully next meet I will be able to make it.
