Re: Toronto Meet/My Really Bad Day

What a bad ending for such a great day. I feel really bad for you. Thanks for the pix. Hope that your wife and you are OK? Maybe there is a silver lining - how about getting the first 04 model. People who drive those huge American SUV's think that they can drive without thinking about others. They really are a##holes.

Re: Toronto Meet/My Really Bad Day

So sorry to learn of your misfortune, bro. We're all praying for your wife's and your speedy recovery. I think there's another silver lining in all this: that it's the best to have a safe and well made ride like the G to protect you in the event of an accident.
These cars look so pretty and it's a shame to bend them, but thank God for the technology and safety built into them. Many times we're heard of a brother or sister having an incident, and just as many times we learn the car took most or all of the damage. The cars can be fixed or replaced-----the precious peeps cannot. So glad you're here to tell us about it.
They'll fix the G up like new bro, don't worry about that. We all hope your wife and you are as lucky. A speedy recovery.
Thanks for taking all the pics you did bro. The group shot was super and a real 'saver'.
We're all pulling for you dude; if there's anything any of us can do, please let us know. We're here to help.
Get better and we're all thinking of you.......

Re: Toronto Meet/My Really Bad Day

Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you and your wife or OK.

It's obvious that the other driver was "FOLLOWING TOO CLOSE" or "DID NOT MAINTAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES" . According to the traffic law you cannot follow too close, also you must be in contol of your vehicle at all times. I would hope the cop would apply these portions of the law in this case.

GET A LAWYER even if her insurance conpany offers to pay you can use the professional help.

Re: Toronto Meet/My Really Bad Day

THATS JUST SICK !!!
They even bent your friggin plate !!!

I hope you guys are all ok ... the other guy was obviously at fault here so it should be pretty clear cut as far as the insurance goes. But if they give you any grief PM me, I spent 6 years investigating injury claims and might be able to answer a few questions.

Good luck and dont let the insurance company stick you in a neon as a rental ! And tell them you want your car re-Zaino'ed after its fixed !
