Anybody have a problem with front plate removal?

Hi all,

I am new, I just got my G35x sedan black yesterday. My dealership here in Montreal received the car from Ontario. In Quebec we dont have front plates, but in Ontario they do, so the car came with a front plate frame on the front. I want this frame off cuz its UGLY. I asked my delaer to do this and he said it would be done next week when I bring the car back... challenge is that I wanna know if the holes will be plugged up well or will it end up looking worse?

Does anyone have this experience?

PLEASE please let me know!

Thanks.

Hal

My car came without the front plate mount installed since we don't need them here. On my coupe there is a nice factory plug that covers it completely and looks nearly invisible.

for sure

So if you didnt have the plate installed you had no problem... my problem is because I do have an ugly plate in front... and I dont want any holes to show at all!

Its a brand new car, and I am upset that the car came like that.

Not much you can do about the holes already drilled in the bumper. If they can find the proper plugs, you likely will forget they're there, and it won't bother you as much over time. The car was likely prepped in advance in the other province. Unfortunate non-the-less.
