I ordered my Silverstone 6MT w/NAV in April from Willowdale and I still haven't received my VIN from the dealer. Anybody else out there in Toronto order theirs in April and have gotten there VIN# or is everyone still waiting? God this waiting is so frustrating especially when it is so nice outside and I can't drive my new G.

 

Oh man, not that Willowdale again.......I bet you would have been able to drive your coupe for at least a month now if you ordered anywhere else...there were tons of complaints of this sort reported on this dealship in this very forum!!

If you ordered the car in April, and the dealership put that as April order, then you should expect ur car arrive in late June to mid July....And if you still haven't receive ur VIN# yet, then you should expect ur car won't arrive until mid July.

 

Absolutely agree, mine ordered in Feb from Willowdale, and got it in mid April... but seriously U should start biXching them until UR baby arrives is about time... )

Thanks everybody foryour responses. I guess I'll have to be patient until my G comes in, but it's so hard waiting.

But my original question was if anyone else had ordered theirs in April too and were still waiting? I thought that there was somebody from this board that ordered theirs the same time that I did, but I can't remember who it was.

 

You should call the dealer and find out. I have an April order also but the dealer told me there was a hold up on the rail. My car had been stuck somewhere in ontario since June 20 and is finally in TO. There is a backlog of cars being unloaded at the compound.

Call and find out - you really should have your VIN by now. Good luck.

 

You may not able to get the VIN# until the car arrive the port. So if your car was manufactured at the end of April, then your car shouldn't arrive Vancouver yet. [img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img]

Once you get ur VIN#, it will take more than a week to ship the car here.[img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]

 

I have been driving my April build car for almost a whole month already. April production, May 29th delivery. Vancouver, BC. They should be delivering May builds right now. Call your dealer and find out.... Good luck!

 

I ordered in April with a May build date too. The last update I had was the car was in port in Vancouver a couple weeks ago.

As much as I'd like to call the dealer everyday to find out news, I've resigned myself to thinking it will be here when its here.

and couple week ago they told me it's in vancouver already, but last week i called in it is still in vancouver... but they've been telling me i should get my car by end of June the latest... where dealership did u get ur G, maybe our car is on the same rail right now...

Sammy, nope, they just told me recently it's not at the port (check my post at T:anyone order their g from agincourt), so if the sales told u that it's in vancouver and didn't give u a vin#, don't believe in them! A car without a vin# means it's still far away from here... yes, this is VERY frustrating!

 

Neohh, have you got your VIN# yet, or perhaps your car? I'm still waiting and the dealer told me today that it may now be early August. That totally sucks. First they tell me June, then July and now August WTF? Will I ever get my car?
