How many litres per fillup?

I've found that the G's f/gauges/lights/navi dte's are very optimistic.
On both my Sedan and Coupe I could only pump in about 60 liters of fuel to our 76 liter tanks after the guage fell to E.(long after the low light came on)
After the navi's dte said '****' , I could easily go another 50 clicks depending on speed.

've been filling up at around the half-way mark lately. psychologically i like to se e the more 'normalized' price number on the pump. i posted my average in a previous thread. i think it was around 34l for half a tank and i was averageing around 11.5l/100. was driving extremely conservatively. i think i hit just under 300 km's on it.

WOW!, your price hasn't dropped much there.....Ours has gone down to under $1.00 per liter of regular and now risen back to $1.06 again, but seriously less than what it topped out at back 2 weeks ago ($1.39)

OUr prices are the exact same as yours Shane. East Coast mostly always the most expensive and with most people making less money too.

I'll have to start paying some attention to my G.
Virtually all cars are made so that the guages stay on full for a long time and the first half tank is really more like 5/8 or 3/4 of tank so there is a pyschological boost on great fuel mileage.

At least this way, you'll probably never run out of gas, since you'd have to go for a long while after the gauge reads 'E' b4 running out.
