Hi Ian I still don't know if I am going to get it as he still have not post any pic with the lights acutally on the car. Also if I do get it lets say it gets here in december I will not be able to attend the workshop as I will be on a business trip. Also anytime afterwards will be bad since I am storing my car for the winter and I am sure it will snow by then. Plus I got a hook up with 06 headlights and I might just swap those instead.

Hey Ted.. Goto AAC web site to order..look for "GTA party" pricing.

& here's the shipping info..

The total cost can be shocking....

-----------------------------------------------
Here's the deal, using my resources
------------------------------------------------
The total shipping includes:
- UPS standard shipping
- Shipping Insurance
- Customs brokerage
- Duty
- Taxes

The total per person (1 kit), all inclusive; ~$50.00

This is a conservative, estimated amount based on the current list, cost, packaging etc.

The actual cost can't be determined until final details are available (price, package weight, # of people, etc..)
& should be slightly less.

NOTE:
I am paying these costs up front.
You will be expected to pay for your shipping when you pick them up from me.

If you get enough sedans (as it seems the coupe owners are waiting to see them - like myself) are you just going to go ahead with the shipment? Since I'm assuming this is a one-shot deal. Or would you wait to see what pics come out on the coupe and get maybe even double the amount shipped - that would lower shipping costs no? (Is it $50CDN or $50 US you predict we'll owe you?)

Also, I'd still be interesting in viewing the whole process either way regardless of whether I pick up halos or not. So you'll at least have an extra set of hands to help worst case scenario.

For myself, I have no problem waiting.....
especially now that winter is around the corner.
I'm sure a few sedan guys would like to see on car pics as well.

Really depends on how long Justin will keep the GTA shipping thing going.

Shipping is $CDN
& yes it gets a little cheaper with greater # shipped.
Brokerage fee per unit gets cheaper as total $ value increases.

Are these them?

I spotted this in another thread of LCA575's talking about replacing the clearance strip and saw these lights - the date on the posting is only a couple days old - are these the coupe lights all done? WOW... I gotta say.

Just looking at the pic again...
It would be good to see from a dif angle.

The angle of this shot hides the dark ends of the rings at the side,
not sure how that would look straight on?

Hey Ian. I assume that the same components for the sedan are also for the coupe?? I will order tonight, but some comments lead me to believe that you guys may be discussing sedans. Is there any difference? Also should I inquire to those guys about the clearance strips and back to the guys here??

Thanks

These pics that Al put up are for the coupe...
don't know about the strips....
But if you can get them, no reason they can't be included in the group shipping..
Check with Jason.

Allow me to elaborate on my previous post as my hands don't always follow my brain. Should I inquire to the AAC people about the clearance strips and get back to you guys about that, or has someone already asked?

I don't think anyone has asked yet...
If you find out please post it up for other coupe owners.

Based on what I read in the thread I borrowed the pics from...

The clearance strip is a little more complicated - even though someone was good enough to put a DIY above - but AAC is only offering it locally, you have to bring it in as there is some LED manipulation that has to go in there so that it doesn't look crooked or something.

That's all i learned,
Al
