Strange as it is.. when I was selling a vehicle of mine, I posted it on every car site you could think of. I then decided to add it to www.myspace.com and www.cardomain.com and a buyer from myspace ended up purchasing. It's free and able to post pictures. Good luck

I'm not sure exactly.. But if so then even better. It's still place to publicize for free.

FWIW...
First thing I learned about selling used cars...( I have never traded in, always sell myself)

If the price is too high for the market = 0 calls
If the price is too low for the market = mannnny calls

If you've had around 6-8 calls within 2weeks, you are close to the right asking price.

Totally agree Ian. I've had a fair bit of experience selling private too. The trick is to find that equilibrium where there's enough calls but you still get a good buck.
The other thing I learned is the initial days are the best to attract buyers. Cars advertised for quite a while seem to get stale and it's harder to get a good buck. It's the exact same as selling real estate. First on the market attracts a lot of attention at a good market price.

Thanks all,

Guess the problem is not the price, many people calls from listing were the price was shown.

Autotrader is for the USA, here in Canada it's "hebdonet", I have listed my car there too but it's now mainly used by car dealer. I got 0 calls from there in two weeks and the listing cost me more than 50.00$ can. seriously not my best move...

I feel sad because the RSX is the best/cleanest car I evar had to sell and
its the one I have been stuck with it the longest time.

Tyr craiglist.org. I sold my car there in two weeks and it's free. I know they have a Canadian section.

http://quebec.craigslist.org/ .. looks like u were missing the extra 's' in yours above. the problem with used cars these days is that no one wants them anymore due to the low interest rates at the dealerships. depreciation values on cars these days are ridiculous.

How true. I know all about it since my business clients are all used car dealers.
Low interest rates combined with low prices- like the past employee pricing being replaced by "value' pricing has hurt used sales.
