I have some rattling noise from the driver side door and around the clock. I don't know which dealership would provide the best service in Toronto area. Who would you recommond? What about Alta Infiniti? Or Oakville Infiniti? Or Doner Infiniti?

 

Oakville has been recommended as the best choice over the ones you mention.

But aside from Oakville, has anyone used Alta and/or Doner with good feedback? As these two are closer to me than Oakville.

Guelph may be a bit of a drive for you (I'm in Waterloo) but the dealership there has given me very good service. I was in two weeks ago and they took extra effort to sort out a concern with my G35 Coupe.

I went to Alta for exactly the same driver side door rattle and rear windows squeaking. Even showed them the TSBs from Infinitihelp.com and they still wouldn't fix it. As usual they said they couldn't hear anything wrong. Their policy is that unless they hear the rattle/squeak themselves, they won't spend any time fixing it even though you swear it's there.

I am taking my business to Oakville from now on for a number of other issues I have with Alta.

 

Another thumbs up for Guelph Infiniti, no problems with them so far.
Like the others have said, I have only heard good words about Oakville.

 

I'm using Doner.....
No real issues for them to deal with though.

Good people on the sevice desk & no problem going into the garage with your car.

 

Looks like I will be going to Doner first and if Doner does not work out, I will take a drive into Oakville. Thanks for all of your advice.

 

Oakville, never had an issues... Also talk to Dan, who happens to be a mod friendly service rep.. in short won't give you a hassle if your car is mod'd, and their is a problem which has nothing to do with that particular mod...
