OPINION: Which one would you choose?

Guys,

Just want your opinon on this. I am looking for a set of aftermarket rims for my winter tires for the G sedan. These are 17x7 rims and I wanted to know if these would look good on the G if not what would look good. I have provided pictures of both the silver painted and the chrome plated.

Thanks

Karim

JMHO...I have never been a fan of chrome, I prefer the painted one.
Otherwise they are a decent looking wheels for winter

Also the chrome will likely show the effects of salt corrosion quicker than paint

I like the painted silver as well. Just go a new set on mine...went with the silver with a chrome lip.

I was talking to Jerry about pricing out a winter package and he did show me the BSA329 rims and I must tell you those look really sharp and the spokes are not that thick, just right. I want to avoid getting the winter package from Tirerack, since I hate going to the states (The county mounties are in full force when it comes to canadian plates in NY state and Michigan) and getting killed.

I've been a Pirelli fan for years and have chose the Winter 210 Sottozero tires for the winter. Hopefully things will work out and the price will be just right. Anyone know where I can get Infiniti rubber mats from except from the stealership? The ones that can go on top of the carpets.

Thanks

Karim

Karim..the BSA 329 wheel is a good looking wheel also. It would be nice also in the painted silver. They look like they would be easy to keep clean. I posted a pic of the BSA329 with a couple of the finishes for you.
I have the BSA 246 wheels which are double 5 spoke wheels and I like them but they are more difficult to keep clean.

What tires did you get with the BSA 329 rims and how much did you pay for the entire package? I'm thinking of getting the same rims with Dunlop Sport M3's. I'm still searhing for a deal.

I haven't gotten them yet and still looking for a good deal. Tirerack has the best pricing, but with shipping and customs and brokerage fees, doesn't make it all that appealing even if its a couple of bucks cheaper and I rather not drive down to the US to have them installed on the car by some shmuck that doesn't have a clue about cars let alone tires. I am going for the Pirelli Winter 210 225/50/17.
