my really bad repair experience
hey guys
well it's been a couple of months since i got into the accident, the body shop delivered the car to us last week, and it was in horrible condition. here is a list of things of things they screwed up....
1. bumper is creased
2. paint is chipping from the trunk already
3. trunk wasn't put back together properly...it is raised above the fender on one side and the panel gaps are all wrong
4. they didn't put the interior of the trunk back together properly, and some pieces are damaged
5. right rear taillight is cracked and is also protruding out
6. interior is very dirty, they used it for storing boxes and hoses over the last 2 months
7. welding gun burned the rear seat behind the driver door
8. cd player was never ordered despite numerous requests to do so (the cd player jammed upon impact)
9. interior/exterior were very dirty upon delivery
10. forgot to replace emblems on trunk
i immediately took the car back...the owner apologized and promised to fix it so it would look like new. so far they are giving me a big run-around, the car was supposed to be ready today, but now they are delaying it again. this was the body shop that doner infiniti used exclusively, so i thought the repair would be perfect. the dealership has now stopped using them altogether

Bro, honestly I don't think your car will ever be the same !
Just traded it and get a new one !
Call your insurance company and tell them that the bodyshop let you down. See what they can do.
But from experience, I can tell you that no body shop can make your car look brand new.
BTW: Did you have a Black IS300 before with a Stillen Front Lip ?
