Anyone brought these extra options from the dealer? Do you need them in like Calgary, Sask, those areas? I personally live in BC. Thanks.

They are a good idea anywhere you have a lot of precipitation regardless of whether it is snow or rain...I personally didn't get it done at the dealership opting for a aftermarket one....costs about half as much as ming which is what most dealerships offer.

The dealer is quoting around $700 which is pretty expensive.

Well just to let you know...I actually talked my salesman into giving me the paint protection for free...then I got the undercoat and rustproofing for $300 and I did the leather myself with zaino products...I also plan to put some zaino on the paint as well to repel dust and to increase shine.

Did you get the package done in the dealer? Is it the Diamond Koat? Where did you get the Zaino? Mail order?

The paint protection was done by the dealer for free (Ming). I got the all the underbody and rustproofing done somewhere else....there are a lot of places that do them (don't know what system). and you can get the zaino online at www.zaino.ca

I was wondering .. does the sealant or did the sealant leave any swirls or was it blotchy etc...
