Missed My Baby!
Well it has been almost a month since I have driven my G. Ever since I purchased my QX4, I haven't driven the G once. I gave her a good wash amost a month ago and it has been sitting in my garage ever since.
Well today, it is going to be sunny and mild. The roads were pretty dry so I figured I would take the G to work this morning. I am sure glad I did!! After driving the QX4 for almost a month now (which I love), I really forgot how much fun driving the G is. This car puts such a big grin on my face when I am behind the wheel. The sheer driving enjoyment this car gives me is worth every single penny!
You guys that put your G away for the winter sure must love taking it out for that first drive in the spring!!

I have my 2003.5 black G sedan stored for the winter too. You have a good winter car, me I have a 91' Dodge pickup that I drive in the winter. I was planning on taking my car out on Sat. for a spin, but now it looks like it's going to snow and sleet. Man let me tell yoU I miss driving her!!!!!!!!!!!! I know how you feel..

It's a great feeling Shane...
I drive my F150 most of the winter,
but take the G out when it's nice.
It's often two or three weeks in between & like you say....
that first drive feeling you get is amazing

Yep, I can really relate too. I have loved that first drive for so many years now. It has made me feel like I had a new car every spring.
You've inspired me. I'm taking the G out tomorrow morning for another little toot. This is the first ever winter I've had a car out of storage before April!!

No thanks. I could not handle the stifling heat and humidity in the summer.
I actually like the seasons. Here in Canada it's just a national pastime complaining about the weather. If we really didn't like it we'd move.
Having said that I'll probably be one of those snow birds in 5 or so years.

Thanks Shane, I'm sure I will enjoy it.
Yeah that's for sure on the weather.
Let's enjoy it while it lasts.
