The Elise will be featured in an article this coming Saturday in the Toronto Star Wheels section. Its actually owned by my buddys Mom( she is 75yrs old btw and a former Ferrari Dino owner). He has the car for now( until its broken in and then it will be moved to the Kingston area.
As I mentioned before, the Elise will be on display at the Toronto Auto Show. If you happen to meet my buddy " Campbell", tell him your on G35Driver.

Bill, Just read the article you mentioned coming up in the Star.....: Feb. 4 Wheels...... Cool article.
The article even pictures Mrs.Bryson with her new Elise and explained her "gathering of eccentric and electric vehicles".

Kudos to her for her 'hobby'.

I'd love to see that MG-TD she has.\

Congrats to your buddy's Mom the next time you see her.
I'm sure she'll enjoy her new toy.

Colin.

She is not actually in Kingston but on Wolfe Island.
I've never met her(yet) but her husband does alot of marshalling at Mosport.

I'll ask my buddy if there is a chance for a visit.

Wolfe Island...even better!
You know we don't want to impose, but if she's up for it for an hour's visit, that would be really cool.
See what your buddy has to say....

On second thoughts, maybe a trip to Mosport might be better.
I know Shane would be up for it. Shane, does Mosport open up in May? (weather permitting of course).

I'm ALWAYS up for Mosport!

The first event at Mosport is April - in May, there's a CASC TGTC wknd at the big track and Solo-I school on the DDT on the 13th/14th. The weekend after is a 3-hour enduro at the big track.

Cool. Let's see how things pan out, but Deane (RBull) is coming in May for the 'Sauga marathon and probably would like the trip to Mosport if he has the time to stay the extra day.

I'm not sure when his visit is yet, but he'll know and post something soon.
Sounds like Mosport's sched. is good for weekends in May.... Great.

I'd like to go, too....I've not been there for many many years.

Hey Colin,

You've got good intuition. I'd love the Mosport thing but my Saturday and Sunday will be gone due to the running thing.

The marathon is on Sunday may 14 which I think is the 2nd day of what Shane is describing and Saturday is big time R&R. Right now It looks like I may be up on Thursday the 11th and likely leave Monday am. Friday could be a day I'm around if anyone else is.

Cool Deane, Now that we have the dates, we can go from there.
We'll get something in on Friday for sure.

Why such a short stay? Surely you need a few days to kick back around here after the marathon.
