Guys, maybe I have misunderstood but I thought we were waiting for the Valeos to come in through Gord's supplier since the Ikons are not available in Canada.

My prefference is for the Icon blades.
If the GB is for Valeos... I think I'll pass.
If I can't locate Icons here b4 heading home, I'll order online.

I've seen them on an Audi (Valeo is OEM blade) & don't like the mounting... very large.

Also I like that the Icon has a different part # for the passenger side with more curve.

hmm, my parents found the Icon blades in Chicago for me, but they're confused about the rear blade. At AutoZone they don't have a listing for the rear blade, so they're not sure if they should be using the 418A blade or the 418B blade...the passenger side is using the 418B, would it be safe to assume that the rear blade and the passenger blade would be the same (since they're the same length)?

I spoke with a Bosch rep here in BC -- he told me that he won't have the Icon blades till Apr/May.

The difference in the A & B is the curve in the spring steel.
B has more curve than A.

I would guess that A would be better on the Z rear window. being a flatted application

Why doesn't someone just take a trip to Buffalo or Lewiston with a shopping list in which all those that sign on, agree to pay for the blades, any duty and maybe you guys could pool some extra to pay for the gas of the lucky cross border shopper???

If I didn't have the icons already, I'd set something up and spend a Saturday going to Buffalo.

Make a day trip out of - one of you guys must have a girlfriend that's dying to go to some outlet mall in Lewiston - get wipers and brownie points

Nah, most of us are married now and forbid our other half from spending money.

So would we use A or B on our front windshield?
