Roadside Assistance

Is this service good for the lifetime of the car? I mean, the information booklet provided does not indicate the terms. Just want to make sure.

You're right. The first page states ".. our standard 4-year Roadside Assistance program means that help is just a phone call away...".

Thanks!

Has anyone engaged them before? I did.. it was a good experience.. wait was approximately 45mins for a winch service.

Had to use their service once. The car went into limp mode so I gave them a shout. I had a tow truck at the house within 20 minutes. They used Abrams towing services.
I was very happy with their promptness.
