Replacing OEM 19" tires in GVA, need help on good tire shops & tire make/model
SubscribeI need to replace my 19" OEM tires (Bridgestone RE050A) after driving for 27,000km (not the best treadwear rating).
Anyone in Greater Vancouver area with suggestions on good tire shops and also make and model that would be cost effective with good performance compared to the OEM Bridgestone ($500+ each including taxes)?
Thank you in advance!

New shoes for spring
Good Luck.
PS
Lots for sale 19" wise under Marketplace at the top of the home page.
I went with a gently used pair of OEMs from a member in Alberta.

www.tirerack.com
Its from the States and you will have to pay duty, taxes, and ridiculouse UPS broker fees + shipping but it is still way cheaper than anywhere in Canada.

Go to Tire Trends website -- excellent pricing -- install shop located in Maple Ridge. They will ship anywhere.
Bought my Toyo TPT's there and was quoted $60 per tire less than other shops.

get a quote from harry @ www.bigwheelz.com for comparison. no point in the hassle of going to us if harry can give u a matching or better price.

Harry does have good prices... the advantage is if you live in Vancouver area you don't pay shipping charges and TireTrends will mount/balance and install for you.
TireTrends will also price match.
Volco Tires in BC are associated with Tire Rack and Volco could/would not match Tire Trends prices.
It's always good for the consumer to have choices.
