They need someone better adapted to working with the "new" NHL.

The thing about professional sports managers and coaches that kills me is that, they all get fired and publically humiliated (to some degree), then the team next door hires them, when they had just fired someone themselves.

What gives? They're all recycling their own trash and then we (fans) act surprised when they don't win.
