I had a good source a few years ago, but they're gone now
I looked into this a while ago... when I was going to get my plenum done.
I found a few through the usual seach tools.
Most seamed industrial related & didn't want to bother with small jobs.

i have always been thinking to powdercoat stuff.
oh btw, can the stock grille be powdercoated? or it can only be dipped/electroplated because it is plastic?
coz i have a chip that is large enough that caused cracks on the front grille....stupid 401 !!!!

home powder-coating kits aren't that expensive, my dad just picked one up for his bike parts, just the oven will need to be built, small stuff can be done in an old kitchen range (i think wheels will fit too, depending on the range, and the wheels, if not just build a bigger box)
i'm thinking of doing my rims this winter too.

A true powder coat is an electrostatic process before heat curing.
How does the home system get the powder to adhere?
my wheels wont fit my little bachelor apartment s kitchen oven

Hey me again, Musti82 sent me a PM about my powdercoated rims in Ottawa.
http://www.rldindustries.com/ awesome company, managed by a buddy of mine father. Give them a call, I think you're looking at around 400 bucks for our stock wheels. But they will come out looking OEM painted.

They also provide other services, I had the hot parts of my TT kit Cermakromed there as well.
