Quick question

So I have searched here and mp3car.com and haven't found the answer I'm looking for. I am installing a carpc in an 06 coupe. It has the bose system and I would like to keep the amp functional. I am getting the scosche wiring harness for the car, which I assume (since I can't see it in front of me) will just have the four speaker inputs. How can I get the output from my onboard sound (Via M1000) to have the four channels separated to be able to hook up individually? I have not looked at the amp set up, but people are saying that you need signal converters and other equipment. Everytime I have hooked up amps they take the signal from the deck and go to the amp then to the speakers. Is it possible that I can just get the signal coming from the computer and go into the wiring harness which will then go through the amp? I'm not sure why this wouldn't work, but everywhere I go they specify that because it has the bose system it is harder to work on. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
Stephen
