I'm seriously thinking about getting one.

www.mp3car.com sells them with StreetDeck frontend. It is on sale for ~$1700 (After coupon savings)

Yeah, the MP3car version is cheaper, and streetdeck is a great frontend. Much better than using Windows alone.

yeah... it just seems like an easier way of installing a pc into a car. thanks for the links.

shi* Caelric. this makes me want to rip out all my crap and put this in.

I could take out my AVH-6800DVD, my AOpen Pandora AND my DigitalWheelz screen and compress it all down into a single unit...

Please tell me that's not a good idea

No way. I use the space where the double din would go for gauges and a single din alpine deck, with an ear towards sound quality. Take a look at the car domain page in my sig to see what is there.

No double din computer whre my head unit should go for me!

Could anyone point me to this coupon? This looks like a great product but a tad overpriced if you ask me. Hopefully it comes down a bit in the very near future.
