Crud on the lens of my instrument panel

It appears that I have crud on the inside of the lens of my instruent panel. It almost looks like something got sprayed on it.

Does anyone know how I can get back there to clean it?

From what I have seen on other cars, it is probably on the outside. It is probably from a cleaner or dressing that got sprayed on the dash and the overspray went onto the plastic and etched it. Plastic polishes may help to reduce this but I have not had any luck thus far removing these types of stains/marks 100%.

The Meguairs Plast-X stuff is pretty good ( at least I think that is what it is called). I have some other stuff that is a 2-step that is even better. I will look this evening and see what it is called. It is sold for polishing aircraft canopies.
