How long before Zaino or CG for new car?

How long before Zaino or CG for new car?
Just bought my car. How soon should I use CG on it?
90 days? Running my finger on the car, it just doesn't feel too smooth like it's waxed or coated at all.
04 Sedan. Black W/ Willow. Premium, Navigation, Sport Tuned. Brand Spankin New.

plus its been 2 months since it was built (shipping)
also, CG does not go on like typical waxes and polishes, someone's body shop recommended to use it right away
