How much is too much conditining??
I've seen ppl here posting that they condition their interior every week or every two weeks. I read somewhere that too much conditioning can ruin the leather as much as no conditioning at all. So my question is; How often should I condition the interior so it stays nice and soft without going overkill on it??

I think I've read about 2 to 3 times a year. Too much will clog the leather pores. Actually, I've even seen manufacturers recommend not to use products, just a damp towel. I personally think it's better to leave it alone than to use too much. I've used Lexol for many years with good results. But a do it 2 to 3 times a year.

hmm, I had no idea that you're suppose to condition 2-3 times a year. I thought it's everytime it looks dry.

actually you only need to condition it after you wash it with soap. or if you never wash your seats, then i'd say at least once a year

what ever the conditioner bottle specs for.
With lexol, a little goes a long way. and they say to wait 5 minutes then wipe off any excess.

If you have new leather, it will soak it up and look dry sooner. But after a couple applications, it won't need to be re-applied as frequently. Once it starts building up, the wash won't remove it all, so you'll still have build up even if you wash frequently. Remember leather doesn't like water. So it's not good to wash too frequently either.
