Scratches on Black - What is Normal

I have not had a black car in a long time and need clairification as to what constitutes fine scarches that will come out with a good wax and what are a bit more severe.

After the dealer detailed my car it now has straight line scraches and swirls as well as what appear to be fine white line type scratches. My detailed says that the dealer did not buff car but just threw on some wax and possible scrached to at that time.

My question is on black what kind of imperfections are normal and correctable and what are the type that would neea a good buff to get out. Some of these scraches are only viible in certain ligh or at the right angle but some are a bit more obvious to me. What do you guys think?

Thanks, Mike

Do the Zaino thing with a couple coats of Z5. I had the same thing and now they're gone forever.
