Streaks on Windows After Rolling it Down

All-

Really annoying thing.

Every time I roll down my windows, and then roll them back up, it makes the window all dirty and streaky. There's horizontal (and sometimes vertical) streak marks on them that I have to wipe every time I roll back up the windows...

Anyone else have this problem? I've never had this issue on a car before, how the hell do I get rid of this?

Happens to me too on the driver side window. I spilt soda and it seeped down into the window, so thats why i get it.

I just have to keep on top of cleaning it. Its definately gotten much better (The soda mishap occured this past winter). Thats about all i can contribute. Hope it helps....

For me, it'll do this even if I keep the windows up for a full day after a wash. =(

Do your windows make a noise when you roll them down?

Mine make a kind of rattling noise... it's not smooth and quiet the way I'd expect from a luxury vehicle.

I wonder if there's a slight misalignment that's causing this.

You may want to bring it in for the dealership to look at it. It shouldn't make any noise/rattle at all, at least mine doesnt. Have you ever taken off your door panel before?

Ahhh .... I had no idea it was a TSB. How did you know it was a TSB?

I have an oil change appointment next Monday, I'll be sure to let them know.

I haven't taken off the door panel, but I did have some panels removed near the door when I had to have my windshield replaced.

For what's it worth, I have an 06 G35 Coupe AT.

LuXXXz, what issue do you have exactly?

The rattling sound (which I only hear when I'm rolling DOWN the windows).... or the streaks?
