Oh man, sorry to hear about the bird problems. All that acid from the poo is eating away at your clearcoat and probably ate away a good chunk of it already. Do you normally wash it off as soon as you find the bird poop on your car? I'd recommend spraying some quick detailer on it asap! Sorry, can't really help with getting those yellow stains off though.
