HELP!!! Removing DEEP scratches

Hey guys
My dog scratched the s**t out of my car the other night and the scratches seem to be pretty deep. I tried Meguiars ScratchX and I tried buffing it out. Neither of them worked. Do I need to take it to a bodyshop to get the whole rear bumper and trunk repainted or can they just paint the part that got scratched up?

do you see primer or bare metal in those scratched...Pics would help.Sometimes if the scratch isnt that big you can fill it and color sand it and polish it out...

run your nail over the scratch. If you can really feel it, it will be hard to repair it without any experience. If its barely felt, you can wetsand (2000 grit) the area and buff it out with a compound or a polish. Otherwise, you'll need to build up the paint back up and polish it flat.

Is it possible to repaint the bumper and truck JUST where the scratches are or do I have to repaint the whole bumper and trunk?
