Wal-mart sells them, they're pretty inexpensive, and rather flimsy, but will do the job, I have one in my trunk.
The better ones have a black sand-filled base, and come in a pack of 3 with a red case, but they're big and probably expensive.
Also, if you're ever considering changing a flat tire on your own, I definately suggest getting a LIME GREEN safety vest, they're very inexpensive. The lime green offers more visibility than the orange, its the new "standard" for safety clothing.

+1 for the lime green vests. i live in a neighborhood with lots of old people who take night time walks and my street is pitch black. i swear if it werent for those damn vests i would have hit 5 people by now.
