I went to a local drug store today to get some photos printed and apparently while I was in there, some dickwad driving a red car had "rubbed" his bumper onto the right rear qtr panel of my car, his paint came off on my car... I used some 3M polishing compound to get the paint off and it worked pretty well, but now on the edges of the wheel well, there is a small area where the clear coat has come off and its not shiney, but a dull blue and there are 2 minor dents. How could I go about getting this fixed? I was thinking of using on of those "repair pen" things that they have, but do they make those for pearl coats? Any help is appreciated...

BTW my car is twilight blue, which from what I understand has a pearl coat on it which is a biach to fix.
