Ok, on my hood there is a place where a rock nailed it. It's small but is still able to be seen. I can't quite tell if it's all the way down to the metal, but I think it is. Is there anything I can do to make it go away [besides repainting my whole hood ]. I know I can use touch up, but is that what you guys would recommend?

so thats kinda good, all you need is to paint+clearcoat+compound, should look alot less noticable!

To get it professionally done would cost you alot of money, i'd say between 75-100 dollars
