I wish I could do that but some of us can't stand placing the G into the car wash line thinking that it will get scratched or the rims damaged.

As for me, my rims are too wide for the rail but I do take hand car washes only. Or have a mobile detailer come out to my work place.

What kind of wash is it? Tell me touchless... A brush/foam wash shouldn't touch a black G In your winters, though, you're going to have THE shiny car. Do you take big-time care of the car w/ Zaino, CG, etc. or do you just like "clean"?

Around here, they aren't worth the money. They leave bug bits and brake dust on the vehicle, and sometimes they don't even get their own window crayon completely wiped off.

$350 is a smokin deal. They are banking that you don't come back too often. if you went every week then it would only cost about $6.75 per wash. Just make sure they do a good job. I have taken my SHO and Old eclipse to some of the washes. They do a decent job and they are fast. Then one I go to is a touchless car wash. As for the G it has only seen hand car washes from me.

my places never seem to get the bugs or little things off and especially not the brake dust. I just don't trust them entirely. However, if I did, I would get that deal in a second and wash my car every 3 days. VERY WORTH IT for a black car!

Haha, yeah- if it were a touchless carwash that got rid of road grime, bugs, and brake dust with added Simonize, REALLY got the underbody, and was spot-dried, I'd be there every afternoon Something tells me, however, that my dream is too good to be true.

wisconsin eh? if your weather is anything like chicago's and you don't mind someone else touching your car, then i'd say that deal is pretty good. during the cold months i'd like to have someone else freeze their tush off keeping my car clean.

Do you have the sport wheels? If it is a car wash that moves the car, WATCH you rims! People on this forum have had theirs damaged.

You can bet that whenever someone besides yourself touches
your G, it's gonna get scratched or damaged in some way.
I won't even let Infiniti wash my car when it's in the shop.
